Gold Panda Fractional Coins
The smaller gold panda fractional coins were issued in sizes from 1/2 oz to 1/20 oz. In the first year, 1982, the gold panda coin was initially authorized in four sizes ranging from 1 oz to 1/10 oz. Since 1983 the 1/20 oz coin has been also added to the range of attractive gold prooflike panda coins available typically for modest, but some significant premiums over metal values. Coins that are considered collector material are untouched in original mint packaging. We buy these in sheets (of ten) and in some cases individual coins depending on our needs for completing sets.
