Coinex.com provides a guarantee of authenticity for all the items we sell. Many products come with a certificate of authenticity, where available, as originally issued by the Mint. All third party authenticator's certificates are provided by the industry's leading experts at the Professional Coin Grading Service (P.C.G.S) and the Numismatic Guaranty Corporation (N.G.C). If you have not received tracking number of your order it is still being processed. Please call us on 888-726-4639 for more information.

Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide by Fedex. Payment is accepted by bank wire transfer only.

How do I request a product I do not see on your website?
Simply e-mail or call us with as much information about the product you are seeking and we will promptly follow-up with you with our findings. We will promptly inform you when the item(s) you seek become available. Coinex.com registered members can easily notify us of their want lists online.

Which types of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards for orders under $5000 in addition to cashiers checks and bank wire transfer.

When will my credit card be charged for my order?
We approve the card at the point of sale, but will not charge your credit card until we are ready to ship your product. As shipments may take a couple weeks or more, please do not use a credit card that will expire the next few weeks. Payment for orders over $5000 is accepted by bank wire and cashiers check only.
