BlockBeats News, May 11th, The LatePost exclusively reported that Kuaishou plans to spin off its video-generated large-model business "CoolLing AI" and initiate a $20 billion fundraising at a valuation of around $20 billion. Currently, it is in contact with investors such as Tencent, and the transaction has not yet been completed. Based on the current valuation, CoolLing's value is close to 70% of Kuaishou's overall market cap.

The report stated that CoolLing's current annual recurring revenue (ARR) has reached $500 million, doubling from before the Spring Festival, significantly exceeding Kuaishou's previous expectations. In early 2025, Kuaishou had set a $600 million revenue target for CoolLing for the full year, but the actual annual revenue reached $1.5 billion.

Facing continued escalation from giants such as ByteDance and Alibaba in the video generation field, Kuaishou has set up an independent option pool and a special incentive mechanism for CoolLing. It is reported that if the future IPO valuation reaches $40 billion, team incentives will be further enhanced.

Currently, CoolLing has become one of the fastest-growing products in the global video generation field. In early 2026, it ranked first in the iOS drawing and design category in nearly 40 countries and regions, including Brazil, Russia, and Singapore, and became one of the highest-grossing graphic design apps in South Korea and Russia.
