BlockBeats News, May 8th, the Arbitrum DAO voted to approve the "Unfreeze Frozen ETH" proposal with a 90.96% approval rate.

The proposal includes a request for Arbitrum governance to approve the release of 30,765.67 ETH frozen by the Arbitrum security council on April 21st and transfer the funds to a 3/4 multisig wallet controlled jointly by Aave Labs, KelpDAO, EtherFi, and Certora. This address will be used exclusively for recovery efforts after receiving the ETH frozen by Arbitrum.
