BlockBeats News, May 14th - Trump Group's mobile company, Trump Mobile, announced that its T1 phone will begin shipping next week. The delivery date of the T1 phone has been delayed multiple times before, and customer service support has been very limited. Meanwhile, the TRUMP token has dropped nearly 90% since its launch.

Trump Mobile is a mobile virtual network operator that does not have the capability to independently design and produce phones. Instead, it collaborates with external companies, selects a model, and repackages it as a Trump-themed product. This model is not uncommon—when Solana previously launched its first Saga phone, it also rebranded the Osom OV-1 in a similar way.

《The Verge》 obtained a T1 phone last month and found its appearance to be highly similar to the HTC U24 released in 2024. Regarding the actual manufacturer of the T1, both HTC and Trump Mobile did not provide a positive response to 《The Verge》. Trump Mobile previously confirmed that the phone was finally assembled in the United States but that the components came from overseas.
