Appeal Targets and Timing
Either the buyer or the seller can submit an appeal when the order status is "Paid," "Cancelled," or "Completed."
How to Initiate an Appeal
1. Click [Order Appeal] in the bottom-left corner of the "Order Details" page.
2. Select the reason for the appeal and upload the supporting materials. After that, you can continue to upload additional materials and wait for the resolution from CoinEx support.
