Necessary Conditions for Successful Deposits
1. Deposit only coins listed on CoinEx.
2. Select the correct network for the deposit. Use only CoinEx-supported deposit networks for the asset.

Common Questions
1. What should I do if my deposit amount is less than the minimum required and hasn’t been credited?
Complete another deposit to the same address and ensure it is greater than or equal to CoinEx's minimum deposit amount. Once completed, the system will automatically combine the previous small deposit with the new one. For the specific minimum deposit amount, refer to the deposit page or Minimum Deposit Limit.
2. What if my deposit is stuck due to wallet maintenance?
If the wallet is under maintenance, your deposit will not be credited until maintenance is complete. You can set alerts on the deposit page to receive notifications (via email or app push) once the service is available again.
3. Can I retrieve an incorrect deposit myself if it hasn’t been credited?
Currently, CoinEx's self-service for retrieving uncredited deposits applies only to the following scenarios:
(1) Missing or incorrect tags (Memo/Tag/Comment) for memo-required coins.
(2) Depositing to the wrong public chain.
(3) Depositing unsupported assets.
(4) Incorrect deposits to CoinEx hot wallet addresses or withdrawals to third-party platforms that failed and were returned.
(5) Depositing to an incorrect address (e.g., depositing MATIC to a VeChain address if compatible addresses are generated).

If your deposit does not fall into the above categories, please submit a ticket for assistance.
4. Can I change my deposit address?
Only some assets support address changes. You can click [Use New Address] on the deposit page to change your deposit address.
Note: If the address has never been used, the system will not generate a new address.
5. Will deposits to historical addresses be credited?
(1) Manual Address Change: Deposits to old addresses will still be credited, but it’s recommended to use new addresses as soon as possible.
(2) Address Update: The system will automatically assign a new deposit address, and old addresses will be invalid. Deposits to invalid addresses will result in permanent loss of assets, so please verify addresses carefully before depositing.
6. What if I deposit to an incorrect address that is not CoinEx?
If you deposit to an incorrect address outside of CoinEx, we cannot provide further assistance. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible, so please double-check addresses before depositing to avoid asset loss.
7. How long does it take for a deposit to be credited?
(1) There are three procedures for a cryptocurrency transfer: Withdrawal from the sending platform ➞ Block confirmation ➞ Credit to the receiving platform.
(2) After withdrawal, you can check the transaction ID provided by the sending platform in a block explorer to see the confirmation count. When the count reaches CoinEx's specified number, your deposit will be credited automatically.
8. Can I cancel an ongoing deposit?
This depends on the sending platform. Generally, if your deposit has been confirmed via the transaction ID in a block explorer, it cannot be canceled.
9. How is the credited amount calculated for deflationary coins deposited to CoinEx?
(1) Deflationary coins incur a certain percentage of fee upon being credited on-chain; CoinEx will charge the same percentage based on the actual amount received. Different coins have different deflation rates; details can be found on the deposit page.
(2) Calculation:
Actual credited amount = Deposit amount × (1 - Deflation rate)²
(3) Take CWIF as an example:
Deposit amount: 1,000 CWIF
Deflation rate: 4%
Actual credited amount = 1,000 × (1 - 0.04) × (1 - 0.04) = 921.6 CWIF
