1. Project introduction
VitaDAO is a community owned collective funding early stage longevity research, governed by VITA holders.
VitaDAO aims to challenge the current state of the longevity industry by opening up governance rights to token holders within the community. Utilizing DAO funds, VitaDAO financially supports projects related to longevity and medical research. Researchers and working groups contributing data or expertise to VitaDAO receive VITA token rewards, providing them with additional governance rights over DAO intellectual property and offering economic incentives for their continued participation.
As all activities of VitaDAO take place on the Ethereum blockchain, including the VITA token, tokenized VitaDAO intellectual property, and DAO governance decisions, the DAO's operations are transparent to all community members. They can verify contributions and observe all activities occurring within the VitaDAO ecosystem.
