BlockBeats News, May 8th. According to a survey conducted by HarrisX from May 1st to 4th among 2008 registered voters, 52% of the respondents support the "CLARITY Act," with only 11% opposed. More importantly, 47% of voters expressed willingness to cross-party lines to support candidates who endorse the act but are not from their own parties; among cryptocurrency users, this proportion is as high as 72%.

Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong stated on social media: "Passing the 'CLARITY Act' is a bipartisan win-win issue." Robinhood CEO Vlad Tenev also believes that driving the enactment of this act has "real momentum."

The survey also showed that the act has received broad bipartisan support, with 55% from Democrats, 58% from Republicans, and 42% from Independents. Analysis indicates that supporting this act could give a senator approximately a 20 percentage point electoral advantage.

Regarding legislative progress, Coinbase's VP of U.S. Policy, Kara Calvert, predicted that the Senate Banking Committee may conduct additional hearings on the act as early as next week. She emphasized that the act needs at least 60 votes to pass in the Senate, "which means it must secure Democratic support and maintain bipartisan cooperation." However, Senator Kirsten Gillibrand recently mentioned that more deliberation may still be needed, with the Senate vote expected to take place in August.
