Guacamole (GUAC) was originally launched as a meme coin during the week of Cinco De Mayo 2023. Our community-oriented tokenomics and brand-ability quickly gave rise to an initial skyrocketing boost of interest throughout the Solana community and beyond.

The AvocaDAO was established through democratic voting processes for both council members and how the governance factors should be implemented.

The launch of Guacamole's first application, GUAC.GG, brought Guacamole into the world of crypto-powered consumer applications by offering a way to earn and spend rewards through multiple partners and integrations.
