BlockBeats News, May 25th - According to the Iran Student News Agency on May 25th, a senior Iranian diplomat stated that in the preliminary draft agreement reached between Iran and the United States, neither party made any commitments regarding the nuclear issue and high-enriched uranium. The diplomat also mentioned that if the U.S. fulfills the commitments in a potential memorandum of understanding, the two sides will engage in discussions on the nuclear issue and high-enriched uranium stockpile during a 60-day negotiation period in exchange for the lifting of U.S. sanctions and asset freezes. Furthermore, Iran is currently in negotiations to end the war and has not discussed the nuclear issue.
