BlockBeats News, May 21st, in a filing submitted to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as part of its preparation for going public, Elon Musk's SpaceX disclosed that the company holds 18,712 bitcoins.

The filing indicated that as of December 31st of last year, the cost basis of these bitcoins was approximately $661 million, equivalent to around $35,000 per bitcoin.

This makes SpaceX the seventh-largest corporate entity in terms of bitcoin holdings, behind only Strategy, 21 Capital, Metaplanet, MARA Holdings, Bitcoin Standard Treasury Company, and Bullish.
