BlockBeats News, May 20th, Payment giant MoneyGram announced that it has become the "Cross-Border Remittance Core Validation Node (Anchor Remittance Validator)" of the Layer 1 blockchain Tempo, and the two parties have reached a strategic blockchain partnership.

MoneyGram will leverage its global payment network, compliance experience, and operational capabilities to actively participate in Tempo's transaction validation, operations, and security. At the same time, MoneyGram, Tempo, and Stripe will jointly introduce stablecoin settlement into actual payment processes, helping Stripe settle with MoneyGram through Tempo's on-chain infrastructure, in order to modernize the global cross-border remittance and stablecoin settlement infrastructure, improve efficiency, and provide consumers with a more practical, open payment network.
