BlockBeats News, May 30th, the "New Stock God" Serenity stated in a social media post that amidst the current AI photonics and data center infrastructure investment frenzy, the four high-risk-reward stocks he is most bullish on are AAOI, SIVE, FOCI, and Shunsin Technology.

He believes that AAOI is benefiting from the expansion of domestic U.S. optical module and laser production capacity. The company completes the entire process from laser manufacturing to assembly in the U.S. He anticipates that the monthly revenue is expected to reach approximately $471 million by 2027, and the Total Addressable Market (TAM) in 2028 may experience further exponential growth.

Regarding SIVE, he mentioned that the company's revenue growth prospects are similarly strong, with the overall revenue pipeline growing by about 77% compared to historical levels, expected to reach around $799 million. Most of this growth is coming from the photonics business, with the related business gross margin expected to reach 60%.

Serenity also pointed out that FOCI is an important supplier to NVIDIA and TSMC in the Fiber Array Unit (FAU) field and is also a key bottleneck in the COUPE architecture. With a current market value of approximately $2.8 billion, it is still undervalued by the market.

Furthermore, he believes that Shunsin, although not widely followed by the market, is actually heavily involved in packaging testing related to CPO (Co-Packaged Optics) and photonics. It continues to receive orders from companies such as NVIDIA, some of which are even signed through its subsidiaries. Therefore, the market has not fully reflected its potential value.

In addition to the above four companies, Serenity also considers XFAB as an alternative target, believing it could become a key beneficiary of the future European "Chip Act 2.0" silicon photonics industry chain. At the same time, he is optimistic about Silicon Carbide (SiC) and Gallium Nitride (GaN) wafer foundries benefiting from NVIDIA's drive towards an 800V DC data center power architecture upgrade.
