BlockBeats News, June 16th, Layer 1 blockchain MANTRA, focusing on the tokenization of real-world assets, will be acquired by its strategic investor Inveniam. The two parties announced this transaction on Tuesday.

The acquisition comes after MANTRA's native token experienced a significant crash in 2025, leading to a restructuring and layoffs at the company. Prior to MANTRA's restructuring in August last year, Inveniam had invested $20 million in it.
