BlockBeats News, August 5th, AI meteorological technology company WindBorne Systems completed a $37 million Series B financing round, led by Khosla Ventures and Galvanize, with a post-investment valuation of $2.5 billion.
WindBorne Systems mainly serves government agencies, using long-endurance balloons to collect meteorological data and integrating AI prediction models. Currently, there are 20 launch sites worldwide, with approximately 600 balloons in operation.
