According to the project announcement, KAI (KardiaChain) will undergo a migration to its new mainnet. After evaluation, CoinEx will not support this merger and will delist KAI. Users are encouraged to withdraw your KAI holdings to your personal wallets and proceed with the swap process independently to avoid any losses.
KAI Services
1. The deposit services of KAI will be terminated at 10:00 on Jul 18, 2025 (UTC).
2. The trading services of KAI will be terminated at 10:00 on Jul 18, 2025 (UTC).
- Users who have unexecuted orders related to the to-be-delisted trading pairs, please cancel them in advance. If it fails, cancellations will be made automatically by the order system. The refunded assets can be checked in your account.
- For liquidity providers of the to-be-delisted trading pairs, please withdraw the liquidity in advance. If the withdrawal is not made after the delisting, the system will automatically execute the withdrawal and the relevant assets will be returned to your Spot account.
- For users who are executing trading strategies, please cancel the strategies in advance. If the strategies are not canceled after the delisting, the system will automatically execute the cancellations.
3. The withdrawal services of KAI will be terminated at 08:00 on Oct 18, 2025 (UTC).
Please note：
1. According to the project team's announcement, KAI token holders need to swap tokens by Jul 28, 2025 (UTC). Please withdraw and complete the swap as soon as possible to avoid asset losses.
