Dear CoinEx users,
According to the official announcement from the project team, CoinEx originally intended to facilitate DOGEAI（DOGE AI） token swap and renaming to RT (Rhetor). However, despite several attempts to follow up with the project team regarding the token swap, we have not received any active assistance from the team and have not obtained the expected RT (Rhetor) tokens. After evaluation, CoinEx has decided not to support this swap. The withdrawal service for DOGEAI will be resumed on Sep 24, 2025 (UTC). Users are encouraged to withdraw their DOGEAI holdings and contact the project team independently for the swap if needed to avoid any losses. The details are as follows:
DOGEAI Services
1. The deposit services and trading services of DOGEAI have been terminated.
2. Withdrawal services will be terminated at 08:00 Dec 24, 2025 (UTC).
Please note：
1. Please withdraw your DOGEAI assets and contact the project team independently for the swap if needed to avoid any losses.
2. CoinEx does not guarantee the project team's token swap method. Please evaluate the risks and proceed accordingly.
