Dear CoinEx users,
ONT (Ontology) is scheduled to undergo a network upgrade on 1st December, 2025 (UTC). To ensure our users’ asset security, CoinEx will suspend the deposit & withdrawal of ONT & ONT Tokens and make the following arrangements.
1. Changes of ONT & ONT Tokens deposit and withdrawal services
(1) Suspension of ONT deposit and withdrawal services: 07:00 on Dec 01, 2025 (UTC)
(2) Resumption of ONT deposit and withdrawal services: Deposit & withdrawal services will be reopened after the upgraded network is stable, but we will NOT notify separately.
2. Notes
(1) Trading and inter-user transfer of ONT on CoinEx will not be affected during this period.
(2) We will update users once the upgrade has been completed.
