Dear CoinEx users,
QTUM (Qtum) is scheduled to undergo a network upgrade at the block height of 5,483,000. To ensure our users’ asset security, CoinEx will suspend the deposit & withdrawal of QTUM Tokens and make the following arrangements.
1. Changes of QTUM Tokens deposit and withdrawal services
(1) Suspension of QTUM deposit and withdrawal services: 10:00 on Jan 11, 2026 (UTC)
(2) Resumption of QTUM deposit and withdrawal services: Deposit & withdrawal services will be reopened after the upgraded network is stable, but we will NOT notify separately.
2. Notes
(1) Trading and inter-user transfer of QTUM on CoinEx will not be affected during this period.
(2) We will update users once the upgrade has been completed.
