ZEC (Zcash) is scheduled to undergo a network upgrade at the block height of 3,428,143. To ensure our users’ asset security, CoinEx will close the deposit & withdrawal of ZEC and make the following arrangements.
1. Changes of deposit and withdrawal services
(1) Suspension of ZEC deposit and withdrawal services: 12:00 on Jul 28, 2026 (UTC)
(2) Resumption of ZEC deposit and withdrawal services: Deposit & withdrawal services will be reopened after the upgraded network is stable, but we will NOT notify you separately.
2. Notes
(1) Trading and inter-user transfer of ZEC on CoinEx will not be affected during this period.
(2) We will update users once the upgrade has been completed.
