CoinEx News: Singapore Police said on May 26 that Zhu Juntao, former CEO of defunct crypto lender Hodlnaut, was charged with six counts of fraud by false representation tied to TerraUSD exposure claims after the 2022 UST crash. Police said the alleged statements appeared in Hodlnaut Telegram messages, user emails and Zhu's personal Twitter posts, and that each charge carries up to 20 years in prison, a fine or both if convicted.
