BlockBeats News, July 12th, Bitcoin reserve company Empery Digital (EMPD) disclosed that it has sold 1,400 BTC in the past two months, with an average selling price of $62,200 per BTC, totaling approximately $87.1 million in cash-out proceeds, used for investing in an AI data center project and debt repayment.
Part of the funds was used to acquire a 25% stake in an AI data center project, with another $10 million used to repay outstanding debts. After this sale, Empery Digital's Bitcoin holdings reduced by 48%, currently holding 1,514 BTC, valued at approximately $97 million at the current price.
