The U.S. International Trade Commission will determine the target date for the investigation's completion within 45 days of filing. Except in cases where the U.S. Trade Representative has disapproved based on policy reasons, any remedial orders issued by the U.S. International Trade Commission in 337 cases take effect on the date of issuance and become final and conclusive on the 60th day after the date of issuance.
