If you are unable to receive withdrawal confirmation emails sent by CoinEx, please try the following steps:
1. Make sure that you are logged in to the email address you used to register your CoinEx account.
2. Double-check if the registered email address is correct.
3. Check if your email service provider is operating properly. Troubleshoot your email server settings to ensure there are no security conflicts caused by firewalls or antivirus software.
4. Make sure your inbox is not full, as this will prevent you from sending or receiving emails. Delete old emails to free up space for new ones.
5. Check whether the device for receiving emails and the network are normal.
6. Check your spam or other email folders. If the email service provider has put the CoinEx emails into your spam folder, please add CoinEx’s email address to your whitelist.
