Why Complete Advanced ID Verification?
1. Users who have completed Advanced ID Verification will have higher withdrawal limits—up to 5,000,000 USD within 24 hours.
2. Users who complete advanced verification are eligible to apply to become a P2P merchant and have access to advertising on the P2P Trading platform.

How to Complete Advanced ID Verification?
1. Access Identity Verification Page
Method 1: Via Account Page
Visit CoinEx's official website (https://www.coinex.com), log in to your account, and select [ID Verification] from the dropdown menu under the [Avatar] icon in the top-right corner.
You can also select [Account Overview] and then click [View] to jump to the Verification page.
Method 2: Via P2P Trading Page
(1) Visit CoinEx's official website (https://www.coinex.com), log in to your account, and select [P2P Trading] under [Buy Crypto] in the top navigation bar.
(2) On the P2P page, click [Post Ads] to view your verification level.
(3) Click [Verify] to access the ID Verification page.
2. Double-check the information provided for Primary ID Verification and click [I’m all set for ID Verification].
Before proceeding with Advanced ID Verification, carefully check your nationality, country of residence, and name.
- To complete Advanced ID Verification, please ensure your address matches the region used for your Primary ID Verification, and the order of your surname and given name for Advanced ID Verification must be consistent with that of Primary ID Verification.
- If you need to update details (e.g., country/name), please click [Verify again] to modify.
3. Fill out the required information for Advanced ID Verification
(1) Confirm your name and country of residence. [Click to modify] if you need to make changes to your country of residence.
(2) Provide your “Full Residential Address”.
Note: The address you entered must exactly match the address proof document.
(3) Select documents to upload and click [Submit].
Valid documents include utility bills, housing-related documents, telecom and internet bills, tax returns and other letters from government agencies, as well as documents from banks and other financial institutions. After selecting the document type, you can view the specific supported files.
For example, under "Housing-related documents", you can upload “Property & building management statement”, “House-related financial documents, e.g., mortgage statements”, or “Lease/Tenancy documents”.
Note: Before uploading documents, confirm your name and address again. If there are errors, click [Prev] to modify.
- The document must clearly display your full name, address, issue date, and issuing authority.
- The uploaded document must be issued within the last 3 months.
- Screenshots are not supported; only JPG, JPEG, or PNG formats are accepted, with a maximum size of 5MB.
- Documents must not be edited or altered.
- The information in the documents must be clear, complete, and unobstructed.
4. After completing the above steps, you will receive the result via email within 1-3 business days. Please check your inbox.
