How to Receive SMS Code via WhatsApp (Web)

1. Make sure your WhatsApp account is linked to the same phone number as your CoinEx account.

2. Visit CoinEx's official website (https://www.coinex.com), log in to your account, and select [Preferences] from the dropdown menu under the [Avatar] icon in the top-right corner.

3. On the Preference page, find [SMS Code] and keep it turned off by default.

Notes:

If you need to receive codes via third-party platforms like WhatsApp, keep the button disabled.
If you only want to receive codes via SMS, keep the button enabled.

4. When obtaining the verification code, you can check your WhatsApp for the SMS code.

Note: If you're unable to receive the SMS code via WhatsApp, it may be due to your region only supporting SMS for receiving codes. If you have any questions, please submit a ticket for further assistance.
