How to Subscribe
1. Visit CoinEx official website (https://www.coinex.com), log in to your account, and select [Fixed Savings] under [Earn] in the top navigation bar.
2. On the "Fixed Savings” page, you can view all savings products. You can also search for specific products.
Note: Only USDC, USDT, ETH, and BTC are supported currently.
3. Click the [Subscribe] button next to the currency, and the subscription pop-up will appear.
Note: The fixed deposit tenor is 30 days or 90 days.
4. Enter the subscription amount to view the Est. Income, then read the rules, check the agreement box, and click [Subscribe].
Note:
(1) The minimum subscription amount varies across different savings products.
(2) If your available balance in the Spot account is insufficient, click the [+] button to add balance via Deposit, Transfer, or P2P Trading.
5. After successful subscription, you may click [Go to Earn Account], or go to [Assets] > [Earn] to view your fixed savings assets and current subscribing products.
How to Redeem
1. Visit CoinEx official website (https://www.coinex.com), log in to your account, and select [Fixed Savings] under [Earn] in the top navigation bar.
You can also click [Assets] > [Earn] in the top-right of the navigation bar to view your current fixed savings products.
2. Review your subscribed products, and click the [Redeem] button next to the currency.
3. After redeeming upon maturity, you can check the redeemed principal and interest income in your Spot Account.
If you redeem early before maturity, the principal will be returned to your Spot Account immediately, but no interest income will be earned.
