This OnChain RWA Trading Services Risk Disclosure Statement (this “Disclosure”) applies to users’ use of the Platform to access OnChain trading and related services in connection with RWA (Real-World Assets) and other tokenized assets. This Disclosure forms an integral part of, and a supplement to, the Platform’s OnChain Service User Agreement and the Platform’s other applicable risk disclosure documents, and shall be read together with, and apply in conjunction with, such documents. RWA-related transactions and ancillary services form part of the Platform’s OnChain trading services module. By accepting this Disclosure, you also accept and agree to be bound by the Platform’s OnChain Service User Agreement.

The Platform does not provide investment advice; this page is provided solely for risk disclosure purposes. Information displayed on the Platform may be obtained from third-party sources, and the Platform makes no representation or warranty, whether express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or continued availability of such information.

The relevant tokens and their underlying arrangements may be supported by third-party issuers and/or their service providers. 1. The xStocks-related tokens displayed or supported by the Platform are highly volatile and involve significant investment risks. You acknowledge that the value of such tokens may materially deviate from the market price of the reference asset due to, including but not limited to, market liquidity, differences in trading hours, delays/errors in third-party price sources or oracles, changes in the trading environment, or third-party custody/settlement arrangements, and that such deviation may widen or persist. In order to cover operational, risk management, and compliance costs, the Platform may from time to time adjust the rules and fees (including trading fees) applicable to relevant products or functions, subject to the then-current page display, announcements, or notices.
2. In certain countries/regions, the relevant tokens may be restricted from being offered, held, or traded, and may be deemed securities or other restricted/regulated products. You shall independently confirm the applicable rules and your eligibility in your jurisdiction, and you undertake that your participation does not violate any applicable laws, regulations, or regulatory requirements. If the Platform, due to compliance or risk control needs, requires you to provide additional information or restrict functions, suspend, or terminate services, you agree to cooperate and bear the consequences arising therefrom.
3. Smart contracts, blockchain networks, and price oracles may malfunction, be attacked, experience forks, or suffer upgrade errors; improper key management or network interruptions may also affect transactions, valuation, or asset availability, and may even cause permanent losses that may be irrecoverable.
4. Corporate actions (such as dividends, stock splits, mergers and acquisitions, or rights issues) may be handled differently at the token level than if you directly hold the reference asset, and may result in parameter adjustments, trading restrictions, suspension, termination of support, and/or delisting.
5. Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing by the Platform or in third-party issuance documents, holding the relevant tokens typically does not grant you any legal or beneficial ownership of, shareholder status in, voting rights in, dividend rights in, meeting participation rights in, or any other corporate rights with respect to the issuer of the underlying asset or its securities.
6. Due to changes in laws, regulations, compliance requirements, or third-party rules, the relevant tokens or functions may be restricted, suspended, terminated, delisted, or settled/disposed of pursuant to third-party rules. In such circumstances, the disposal or settlement price may differ from the last traded price, and the Platform does not guarantee secondary market trading or any liquidity support. Unless otherwise expressly stated by the Platform, the relevant tokens are not guaranteed to be redeemable for any underlying/reference asset, cash, or other assets, nor are redemption rights or liquidity guaranteed.
7. You confirm that you have independently accessed and read the third-party links above and any documents updated from time to time, and have independently determined whether to participate; you understand that the Platform does not provide any guarantee regarding third-party documents, statements, or product arrangements. In the event of any inconsistency between information displayed by the Platform and third-party documents, the third-party documents shall prevail.
8. You understand that if the relevant tokens are deemed securities or other regulated financial instruments in any jurisdiction, your trading or transfer of such tokens may be subject to restrictions, and you shall bear the related risks and consequences.

The Platform shall not be liable for any losses arising from your participation in, or inability to participate in, the trading/holding of the relevant tokens, including without limitation any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, as well as loss of profits, loss of expected returns, loss of goodwill, or loss of data.
