Upgrade to VIP Membership
CoinEx offers a tiered VIP membership system, where different VIP levels come with varying trading fee discounts.
1. VIP upgrade requirements
You can upgrade to a corresponding VIP level when any of the following criteria meet the required thresholds:
(1) CET Holdings: The amount of CET held (including CET stored in linked external addresses).
(2) Total Asset Value: The total value of assets in your account (USD).
(3) 30-Day Spot Trading Volume: The total spot trading volume in the last 30 days (USD).
(4) 30-Day Contract Trading Volume: The total contract trading volume in the last 30 days (USD).

2. VIP level updates
(1) At 0:00 (UTC): The system automatically calculates the CET holdings, total asset value, and trading volume of the main account and sub-accounts.
(2) At 1:00 (UTC): VIP levels are automatically updated based on the calculated data.
(3) Once the VIP level is updated, you can enjoy the corresponding fee discounts.

Note:
- When calculating CET holdings, if an external address is linked, the system will combine the CET holdings from the external address with the account holdings.
- Trading volumes from market maker accounts will be excluded and not counted.
Enabling CET Deduction
1. Visit CoinEx official website (https://www.coinex.com), log in to your account, and select [Preferences] from the dropdown menu under the [Avatar] icon in the top-right corner.
2. Turn on the [CET Deduction]
Note:
(1) Once CET deduction is enabled, CET will be used to pay trading fees at an 8% discount for every transaction.
(2) CET deduction can be combined with VIP membership discounts (CET deduction is not supported in the contract market).

Binding External CET Holding Addresses
By linking an external address, the system will combine the CET holdings from your CoinEx account with those from the external address, allowing you to achieve better VIP rates.
