1. Project introduction

Talus Network is a decentralized AI (DeAI) infrastructure platform building a transparent and auditable economy for autonomous AI agents. Its core innovation is Nexus, the first fully on-chain developer framework that allows AI services to operate securely and verifiably using the Sui Move blockchain for high throughput and parallel execution. Nexus abstracts AI functionalities into modular Talus Tools and sequenced Talus Workflows (DAGs), orchestrated by Nexus Leader nodes that bridge on-chain and off-chain computation. This architecture transforms AI agents from non-monetizable "cost centers" into transparent economic entities, allowing them to compete, earn rewards, and manage assets autonomously.
