2. Team introduction

Vladimir Novakovski – Founder & CEO

• Vladimir Novakovski is the Founder and CEO of Lighter. He is also an angel investor in Fabric Cryptography and Daimo. He previously worked in quantitative research and trading at Citadel, served as a Portfolio Manager at Graham Capital, and held engineering leadership roles at Addepar and Quora. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Harvard University.

Emin Ayar – Engineering Team Lead

• Emin Ayar is the Engineering Team Lead at Lighter. He previously worked as a Software Engineer at Lunchclub and graduated from Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University.

Ahmet Avcı – Team Lead

• Ahmet Avcı is the Platform Team Lead at Lighter (formerly Lunchclub). He previously worked as a Software Engineer at Lunchclub and Trendyol Group. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Bilkent University and studied at KTH Royal Institute of Technology.

3. Investment institution

Lighter's investors include Founders Fund, Ribbit Capital, and Haun Ventures. The project raised $68 million in funding. The latest round was led by Peter Thiel’s Founders Fund.
