2.Team introduction

Ethan Sun——CEO  

Ethan Sun is the co-founder of Myshell, a graduate of the University of Oxford, and has extensive experience in artificial intelligence and robotics research. After graduation, he became a serial entrepreneur, achieving significant accomplishments in artificial intelligence, computer vision, and robotics.  

Charles  

Charles is the co-founder of MyShell and holds a Ph.D. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, focusing on speech algorithm research. During his undergraduate studies at Tsinghua University, he published eight papers at top conferences. He also has expertise in robotics, computer vision, and reinforcement learning.  

Aiko Dai  

Aiko Dai is a partner at Folius Ventures and the head of the ecosystem at MyShell, a graduate of the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

4.Token application and distribution

Token application:

Creators utilize the platform's tools to develop, publish, and monetize their AI applications.

- Consumers can access and use AI applications built by Creators on MyShell.

Sponsors identify and support promising AI applications and their creators.

The specific performance is as follows:

Membership Fee - Users can pay a SHELL subscription fee for access to premium, higher quality AI tools or direct support.

Advertising - Users can spend SHELL to promote AI applications they have created or supported, thereby increasing the visibility of the MyShell platform.

Bookmark - Users can bookmark AI applications created by others on the MyShell platform by paying SHELL, and receive incentives during the bookmark period through SHELL or other reward mechanisms.

Product/Service compensation - Users can provide valuable services through AI apps they create for a fee of SHELL, requiring consumers to pay SHELL to access. Alternatively, the MyShell team can purchase data from users by paying SHELL.

Governance Voting - SHELL holders can participate in governance voting to determine 1) the future direction of the Myshell platform and 2) major strategic initiatives within the MyShell ecosystem

Platform Fees - For the above activities, the MyShell Platform may charge a service fee in SHELL.

Token distribution: 

1. Private Sale: 29%, with a 1-year cliff and linear release over the following 3 years.

2. Advisors: 3%, with a 1-year cliff and linear release over the following 3 years.

3. Team: 12%, with a 1-year cliff and linear release over the following 4 years.

4. IDO: 4%, with 4% released immediately.

5. Marketing: 3.5%, with 3.5% released immediately.

6. Ecosystem and Treasury: 13.5%, with 7.5% released immediately and the rest linearly released over 5 years.

7. Community Incentive: 30%, with 7% released immediately and the rest linearly released over 5 years.

8. Liquidity: 5%, with no specified release schedule.
