BlockBeats News, May 27th - Multiple recent polls show that the American public is quickly losing patience and trust in Trump's Iran war, with more and more people believing that the conflict is not worth the cost and hoping for a swift end to the military action.

A Fox News poll shows that only 39% of voters support "open-ended warfare until goals are achieved," while 61% prefer establishing a clear timeline for withdrawal. A joint poll by The New York Times and Siena College shows that 52% of voters believe that even if an Iran nuclear deal cannot be reached, the U.S. should stop military action.

At the same time, only 22% of respondents believe that the war can "completely succeed" in destroying Iran's nuclear program, and 65% of Americans "do not believe" that a ceasefire agreement can truly prevent Iran from developing nuclear weapons.

Reports indicate that Trump's previously proposed "unconditional surrender" and other tough goals are gradually softening, and the recently exposed potential peace agreement is facing strong opposition from hawks within the Republican Party. Some individuals have even warned that the agreement may make Iran stronger than before the war.

A recent CNN poll shows that only 20% of Americans "strongly trust" Trump's ability to handle the Iran issue, while 59% say they "slightly trust" or "do not trust at all."

Analysts believe that Trump has failed to present a clear and achievable endgame plan and has not succeeded in convincing the American public to support a long-term war. He is now facing both public opinion and internal party pressure.
