According to Dynamic Beating monitoring, Bloomberg reported that NVIDIA has appointed former Goldman Sachs vice chairman Suzanne Nora Johnson to its board, further bringing in a senior executive with experience in both the financial industry and philanthropy.

In a statement, NVIDIA said that this appointment will take effect on July 13, at which point the board will expand to 11 members. The company stated that Johnson is expected to serve as a member of the audit committee after joining.

At 68 years old, Johnson has held several positions at Goldman Sachs, including overseeing the research business and serving as global healthcare business head.
