火星財經消息，Zcash 推出新全節點 Zakura，由獨立於 Zcash Foundation 的團隊維護，作為 Zebra 的裁剪版快速同步分支發佈，併兼容舊版 zcashd 客戶端。該客戶端將在結束生命週期。Zakura 是 Zcash 擴容工作的組成部分之一，配合 Project Tachyon 和 private information retrieval 研究，目標是通過縮小驗證數據和消除錢包性能瓶頸，將網絡吞吐量提升至 Visa 和 Mastercard 級別。Zakura 還支持將於 7 月 28 日激活的 Ironwood（NU6.3）升級。該升級引入 turnstile 機制，用於限制 Orchard shielded pool 的提取，並控制可能由長期 soundness bug 生成的偽造 ZEC。
