In terms of node optimization, it will optimize the supply and deployment of computing power resources, coordinate factors such as industrial development and energy supply, promote the construction of smart computing clusters and the coordinated development of computing and electricity, establish a hierarchical layout of computing power, and strengthen computing power coordination and monitoring.

Furthermore, it will issue guidelines for the construction of the computing power standard system to promote the establishment of standards such as computing power service capability assessment and market-based pricing of computing power.
