火星財經消息，據 INBi 報道，曾協助構建 MARA 法國業務的顧問 François Garcin 於 7 月 22 日在紐約南區聯邦法院對 MARA Holdings 提起訴訟，要求支付超過 1100 萬歐元酬金。Garcin 稱，MARA 於 2026 年 3 月 6 日終止合同後未支付 240 萬歐元顧問費及約 592 萬歐元成功佣金（基於 Exaion 1.48 億歐元投資的 4%）。Exaion 為 EDF 子公司，該投資佔相關項目資本的 64%。Garcin 此前任務包括招募前 Engie 首席執行官 Gérard Mestrallet、獲得 Choose France 峰會邀請，以及安排與前總統 François Hollande 會面等。
