BlockBeats News, August 11th, Serenity announced that Riot Platforms (RIOT) has reached a $9.1 billion agreement with Anthropic, with a contract term of 20 years. If all subsequent extension options are exercised, the total value could reach up to $16.1 billion. Serenity also mentioned that AMD has exercised the option to expand its existing partnership with Riot, and Riot has signed a letter of intent with a potential tenant for another 1GW site.

In terms of project progress, Serenity pointed out that the revenue inflection point for most data center hosting concept stocks may be concentrated in the second half of 2027. For example, Riot's collaboration with Anthropic is scheduled to deliver the first batch of 96MW capacity in December 2027, while the 50MW capacity related to AMD is expected to be fully online by May 2027.

Serenity mentioned that seeing companies like IREN, which were previously focused on Bitcoin mining, gradually evolve into AI data centers and computing power infrastructure providers, is "quite interesting."
