Sellers Tire but Buyers Stay Absent as Bitcoin Spot Volume Hits 2019 Low
  • BTC0%

CoinEx News: Glassnode said Bitcoin sellers were showing signs of fatigue while buyers remained largely absent. Spot exchange volume, measured in BTC, has fallen to its lowest level since Glassnode’s series began in early 2019. Bitcoin is trading between the $63,000 Median Realized Price, the midpoint of all coins’ cost bases, and the $68,700 Short-Term Holder Cost Basis, the average entry price of recent buyers.

Selling pressure is easing: the share of supply in profit is approaching levels seen near previous bear-market floors, while a key break-even indicator has rejected nine recovery attempts. Demand, however, remains weak. ETF inflows are minimal, coins continue moving onto exchanges, and leveraged traders are already crowded long as bids below price thin. This combination can make a downside move more violent if long positions are forced to close. A sustained reclaim of $68,700 with stronger spot volume and ETF inflows would support the recovery case. A break below the June range low near $58,500 would expose Bitcoin to thinner support. Seller fatigue alone does not confirm a bottom without returning demand.
