HIVE Digital's subsidiary, BUZZ High Performance Computing, announced the signing of a five-year GPU cloud service agreement with a total contract value of approximately $350 million, corresponding to an annualized revenue of about $70 million. This is the second large GPU cluster contract that HIVE has reached in two months. Upon completion, BUZZ HPC's total annualized revenue will reach approximately $180 million, with $35 million already realized and $145 million scheduled to go online sequentially in the fourth quarter of 2026.
The deployment will be based on the NVIDIA reference architecture, establishing a dedicated cluster composed of 2016 NVIDIA Blackwell Ultra GPUs, equipped with the GB300 NVL72 rack system, Quantum-X800 InfiniBand network, and VAST Data storage. It is expected to be operational later this year at the Bell AI Fabric facility in Merritt, British Columbia, utilizing renewable hydroelectric power and closed-loop liquid cooling. The deployment capital expenditure is approximately $185 million. After cluster delivery, HIVE expects the HPC/AI daily revenue to reach around $500,000.
