火星財經消息，8 月 29 日，在「AI × 新金融——創新全球行·香港站暨長江群星計劃發佈會」上，中國太保投資管理（香港）有限公司行政總裁、執行董事周成崗表示，RWA 與比特幣等鏈上原生資產有本質區別。RWA 的 Token 本身不是資產，只是鏈下真實資產的鏈上憑證。 因此，RWA 並不會因為上鍊就脫離傳統金融體系。周成崗指出，資產權利如何設立和執行、資產出現損失後誰承擔責任、信息如何持續披露，仍然需要傳統金融和法律體系支撐。Web3 更可能改造金融的部分環節，而不是徹底顛覆傳統金融。
