CoinEx News: Zcash (ZEC) rose nearly 15% over 24 hours during Asian morning trading on September 4, outpacing a broad rebound across major cryptocurrencies. Bitcoin gained about 4% and traded above $81,000, while ether and dogecoin advanced between 4% and 5%. HYPE and XRP each gained around 6%. ZEC also maintained a larger gain over seven days, rising about 20%, compared with roughly 1% for bitcoin and little change for ether and XRP. The comparison places ZEC among the leaders of the market recovery. Trading activity reinforced that prominence: ZEC joined BTC, ETH, HYPE and SOL among Hyperliquid’s five most traded assets over 24 hours.
Trader Ansem added a bullish social signal on September 4, writing that “buying zcash at $948 is like buying bitcoin at $948.” His post quoted an August 29 message making the same comparison at $800, reiterating his personal conviction at a higher price. ZEC’s larger daily and weekly gains show outperformance within a rising market, while its volume ranking highlights active participation. For traders, the key follow-up is whether ZEC preserves its performance lead over BTC as the broader rebound develops.
