This acquisition marks Capital B's largest single Bitcoin purchase since September 2025, when the company bought 551 Bitcoin. Capital B stated that the funds for this purchase came from recently completed financing, including a private placement of €28.7 million (approximately $33.3 million), in which Adam Back added an investment of €7.6 million (about $8.8 million), raising his common shareholding to 17.64%.
Following this increase, Capital B holds 3,521 Bitcoin with an average purchase price of approximately €87,878 per coin (about $102,058).
