动察 Beating AI Flash: Tencent has open-sourced TeamAI CLI, which unifies the Skills, Rules, Hooks, and MCP configurations of different agents like Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and WorkBuddy into a single Git repository for management. The same set of configurations can be automatically written into each agent's respective directories and native formats, and the latest version is auto-pulled at the start of every session.

It also integrates team experience into this workflow. Insights gained from developers' troubleshooting can be stored in a knowledge base for agents to automatically retrieve and reuse later; after team members modify a Skill or Rule, they can proceed with Git's MR review process, and once merged, it syncs to others.
