If you have a Cash Voucher, it means that you can receive and withdraw the corresponding cash bonus when your Spot or Futures accumulative trading volume reaches the requirement of this voucher. The cash bonus will be directly allocated to your Spot account, available for trading, transfer, or withdrawal.
How to claim and use a Cash Voucher?
1. You will receive a pop-up window after getting a Cash Voucher from CoinEx. You can either claim the voucher or open a mystery box for the Cash bonus.
2. After logging in to your account on the CoinEx official website (https://www.coinex.com), click [Voucher Center] in the drop-down menu under [Account].
3. After entering [Voucher Center], click [Claim], and the voucher is ready for use.
4. Please pay attention to the validity period of your voucher, applicable markets (Spot/Futures), and usages.
5. Each Cash Voucher has a specific range of use and trading volume requirement (The trading volume statistics exclude stablecoin markets such as USDT/USDC, BUSD/USDT, etc.). To unlock the voucher, you need to fulfill the specific requirement within the validity period. Otherwise, the voucher will become invalid. Please refer to Cash Voucher rules for more details.

A2: Cash Vouchers are the vouchers randomly gifted to you by CoinEx officials, and you will be notified by email, in-site message, etc, after getting the voucher or mystery box.
Q3: Is there any restriction on using Cash Vouchers?
A3: The Cash Vouchers are applicable to Spot or Futures transactions. For details, please refer to the rules for use.
Q4: What is the activation mechanism of the Cash Vouchers?
A4: After claiming the Cash Vouchers:
- If there is no other voucher currently in use, the newly claimed Cash Vouchers will be activated automatically;
- If multiple vouchers are claimed, the system will activate them sequentially in the order of claim (if multiple are claimed at the same time, the one with more value will be activated first);
- Only one Cash Voucher can be activated at a time. After the current voucher is used, the next one will be activated automatically.
- Expired Cash Vouchers cannot be activated automatically. Please be mindful of the usage period.
Q5: How is the reward from the Cash Vouchers distributed?
A5: After the voucher is activated, the system will automatically and regularly check the trading data accumulated since its activation. If the trading data meets the requirements, the bonus reward will be distributed to your spot account, where it can be freely transferred, traded, or withdrawn. Please note that there may be a slight delay in the statistics.
