How to create a sub-account
1. Visit CoinEx official website (https://www.coinex.com), log in to your account, and select [Sub-account] from the dropdown menu under the [Avatar] icon in the top-right corner.
2. Click [Activate Sub-Account].
3. Click [Add Sub-Account].
4. Fill in the information and verify: Set the sub-account name, trading permissions (such as spot trading, contract trading), and notes (optional). Click [Create] and follow the on-screen prompts to complete your two-factor authentication (2FA).
5. After the sub-account is created successfully, you can check it in [Management] under [Sub-Account].
How to Access to Sub-Account?
Method 1: Main Account Quick Access
After logging into your main account, click the [Account] drop-down menu at the top. Click the icon to the right of your account name to expand the sub-account list. Select a sub-account name to access it directly.
Method 2: Access the "Sub-Account Management" page
Enter the "Sub-Account Management" page and click the sub-account name for quick access.
How to Transfer Funds to Sub-Accounts?
1. After the main account is logged in, enter the "Sub-Account Management" page and click [Transfer].
(1) Funds can be transferred between the main account and sub-account, and between the spot account and the contract account.
(2) The main account operates the transfer of funds between sub-accounts and within the spot account.
2. After the transfer is successful, you can view the details on the "Transfer Records" page.
How to Edit the Sub-Account Permission?
After logging in to the main account, go to the "Sub-Account Management" page and click the [Permissions] button corresponding to the sub-account to modify the sub-account's trading permissions.
Authorization and Delegation of Sub-Account

2. How to authorize or delegate a sub-account
(1) Enter the "Sub-Account Management" page and click [Authorize] or [Delegate] for the sub-account.
(2) After completing the steps, the authorized or delegated main account will be able to directly access the sub-account and perform trading and management operations.
(3) On the "Authorization Management" page, you can click [Add Authorization] or [Delegate] to create a new authorization or delegation, or revoke existing ones at any time.
If you need to view sub-accounts that others have authorized or delegated to you, check the [Delegator List] and click on the account name to quickly access the corresponding sub-account.
How to Disable Sub-Accounts?
1. Go to the "Sub-Account Management" page, find the sub-account, click the [...] icon on the far right of the information bar, and select [Disable].
Note: Once a sub-account is disabled, it will no longer appear in the list, will be inaccessible, and will not have permission to perform any operations.
2. Disabled sub-accounts can be viewed in the [Disabled List] and their permissions can be restored by clicking [Enable].
How to Modify the Sub-Account Name?
1. Go to the "Sub-Account Management" page, find the sub-account, click [...] on the far right of the information bar, and select [Rename].
2. Enter the new sub-account name (it must be unique and cannot be the same as the existing sub-account name), and click [Confirm] to successfully modify it.
