Why can't I receive the SMS verification code?
1. The "Send Code" button wasn't clicked.
2. Poor mobile network or weak signal.
3. Service instability and incompatibility in multinational SMS carriers.
4. Your phone's message storage is full.
5. SMS interception features are enabled on your phone.
Solutions
Please try the following methods if you can't receive the SMS verification code.
1. Wait 5 minutes and attempt to request the SMS verification code again.
2. Check your mobile signal; if it's unstable, try moving to an area with better reception.
3. Switch your phone to airplane mode, restart it, and then turn off airplane mode.
4. Clear your phone's SMS storage.
5. Check your spam folder for intercepted messages and disable any SMS interception features on your phone.
6. Reset your bound phone number, and bind your account to Google Authenticator or Passkey for using a more reliable verification method.
