Its applications will enter read-only mode on July 27, 2026, and all services will be permanently shut down on July 30. The official statement mentions that users can still perform normal exchange operations and close out relevant positions. However, since July 23, the platform has stopped new user registrations, new wallet creations, and limit order functions. ODOS emphasizes that it operates in a non-custodial manner, where user assets are always under user control and stored on-chain, with the platform not holding user funds.

For users who logged in to create wallets via social accounts or email, ODOS reminds them to complete asset transfers or export private keys before July 30. After the service closure, users can still view their historical transaction records and account balances, but the team will no longer provide product development, technical support, or maintenance services. The official statement ensures users that there are no asset security concerns, but it is recommended to migrate to other alternative services as soon as possible.

Furthermore, ODOS mentions that the ODOS token will continue to exist independently on the blockchain. The company will not custody, operate, or provide liquidity for the token, and the platform's closure will not affect its on-chain operation mechanism. ODOS DAO and the operating company are independent of each other, and further plans will be announced separately by the DAO. The official statement also warns that there will be no future product launches, token migrations, airdrops, or claiming activities. Any behavior that induces user operations through private messages, impersonation of customer service, or "migration websites" may be fraudulent. Users are advised not to disclose their mnemonic phrases or sign suspicious transactions.
