BlockBeats News, August 15th, Yushu Technology's Science and Technology Innovation Board IPO has recently attracted high market attention. The initial public offering price is set at ¥150.80 per share, with an expected fundraising of about ¥6.099 billion and a post-IPO total market value of about ¥60.993 billion.
As a member of the "Hangzhou Six Little Dragons," Yushu Technology is regarded by the market as the A-share "first stock of humanoid robots." The company submitted its IPO application in March 2026, passed the review in June, taking only 73 days, setting the fastest review record since the establishment of the Sci-Tech Innovation Board's pre-submission review mechanism.
In the secondary market, Yushu Technology has become one of the hottest new stocks this year. On August 12th, the company announced that the online subscription winning rate was only 0.0181%, hitting a new low in the Sci-Tech Innovation Board's history, with only 1 out of approximately 5,500 investors winning the lottery. Based on the first day's price surge, the potential earnings for winning one unit (500 shares) could reach between ¥200,000 and ¥300,000.
In this strategic placement, Yushu Technology has gathered a lineup of heavyweight investors, including the National Social Security Fund, DeepSeek, CNPC Kunlun Capital, Southern Power Grid, Tiantu Capital, Tencent-related investment institutions, and China Securities Investment, among others. DeepSeek was allocated 933,400 shares, and both parties will collaborate in the future in general artificial intelligence, high-performance robots, and AI large-scale models.
The company's core business covers humanoid robots and quadruped robots, with shipments reaching 5,900 units in the first half of 2026, holding approximately 31% of the global market share. The self-developed and self-produced rate of core components exceeds 90%.
The IPO has also created multiple investment winners. Early investor Yin Fangming invested ¥2 million in 2016 for a 15% stake. Based on the issue price, the value of his holdings is approximately ¥1.685 billion, delivering an investment return of over 840 times. Institutions such as Meituan, Sequoia China, Matrix Partners, IDG Capital, Tencent, Alibaba, and Ant Group also hold shares in the company.
Industry insiders believe that Yushu Technology's listing will provide the first secondary market valuation anchor for the embodied intelligent robot industry, driving capital attention from technological concepts to commercialization capability verification. It is expected that more robot companies will land on the capital market in the future.
